The OWSA tries to use the ICT tools – Web Portals, Community Radio, Grassroots Communications (community radio, telephone/mobile helpline, advocacy/knowledge centres and newsletters etc), Online-discussion groups, E-mail and E-newsletter etc. to achieve the goal.
